Facility Co-ordinator & Driver (Curve Gear) at Pump & Abrasion Technologies

• We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Facility Co-ordinator & Driver to support the smooth day-to-day running of our facility, warehouse, and local production operations. This role requires someone practical, organised, and willing to assist across driving, inventory, facility upkeep, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Collections

• Deliver inventory to stores and other locations as required
• Collect and drop off production inventory from suppliers and partners
• Source and collect raw materials for local production
• Assist with general driving, collections, and deliveries for the business

Inventory Support

• Assist with inventory management within the local production facility and warehouse
• Count and check stock accurately
• Help control and track inventory movement between locations
• Move stock safely and efficiently within the facility
• Assist with raw material, fabric, and production-related stock management

Administrative Support

• Assist with general ad hoc administrative tasks
• Support operational co-ordination where needed
• Help ensure paperwork, stock records, and basic operational tasks are kept up to date

Facility Support

• Assist with the general maintenance, organisation, and upkeep of the warehouse and facility
• Help keep the working environment neat, clean, safe, and well organised
• Oversee the condition of the company vehicle and ensure servicing, maintenance, and licensing requirements are kept up to date
• Provide general support with ad hoc facility and operational tasks

Requirements

• Valid driver’s licence (PDP required)
• Physically able to lift and move heavy boxes
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual
• Practical, hands-on, and willing to assist where needed
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
