Family PA / Au Pair at Au Pair Extraordinaire

Duties: 

• Take to extra-murals, Run general family errands, Engaging in intellectually stimulating play & activities with child, Prepare meals for your children, Prepare dinner for your family, Occasional Babysitting and weekend work (by prior arrangement), Travel with the family. Household tasks - grocery shopping + meals prep for the kids + tutors/coaches diary management + doctor’s appointment management.
• Assist parents in managing certain household tasks and admin tasks for their companies (able to receive deliveries and packages and ensure they are delivered to set destination, stock count, etc.)
• The candidate will be required to collaborate with the domestic worker, driver, and other household staff to provide them with necessary support throughout the day.
• They should also work together with the team to ensure all tasks are carried out promptly and effectively. Booking flights and appointments will also be required for the children and other family members.
• Special Requirements: Female; above 30; a logical thinker, attention to detail and ability to find solutions to challenges on her own, self-management abilities as well. Parents require someone who will have active communication with both parents via whatsapp and email regarding all queries, changes, concerns, etc. (the more detailed feedback given, the better)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child-caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
