    Field Agents - 93 positions

    Responsibilities include:

    • Sell Icebolethu plan to your catchment area
    • Canvassing
    • Achievement of sales target as set out
    • Sales objection handling
    • Adhere to Quality and Compliance processes to minimize business risk
    • Build and maintain good client relationships
    • Maintain optimal operational efficiencies based on productivity measures
    • Adapt and change to fit in with changing business operational requirements
    • Identify cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships
    • Keep abreast of developments and trends in the industry – self learning
    • Ensure commitment to the FAIS and FSCA requirements.

    Qualifications required for the position:

    • Grade 12/NQF level 4
    • 2 years’ experience in a target attached sales role
    • Financial Service Experience (advantageous)
    • RE Exam (Advantageous)
    • 30 FAIS Credits – Advantageous

    Skills required for the position:

    • Must have good communication skills
    • Computer skills
    • Administration skills
