Finance Administrator - Woodmead

Job Description
- Record invoices received from each department within Head Office on the supplier control sheet.
- Validate invoices according to SARS VAT requirements.
- Capture purchase orders for certain departments.
- Ensure timeous distribution of invoices to Accounts Payable Clerks
- Provide all required copies of invoices to Accounts Receivable Clerk for billing to operating companies
- Filing required in the department
- Respond to queries with regards to invoices from various Cost Centres.
- Upload BEE certificates on the Sage BBBEE system
- Documentation filing and assistance with departmental archiving
- Assist with Head Office related activities as required by management
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum: Matric and studying towards a finance qualification
- Advantageous: BCom Accounting degree
- Minimum: 2 plus relevant experience
