Job Summary/Introduction

• A leading energy and fuel solutions business based in the North of Johannesburg is looking for an experienced Finance and Performance Manager to join their well-established team. The successful candidate will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, business planning, reporting, and general business-facing finance activities.

Description

Finance and Performance Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the forecasting and planning process
• Measure and monitor business drivers (Margins, Volume & Costs)
• Provide decision support/performance information using actual results (Margin analysis & Profitability analysis)
• Ensure the accuracy of management information by preparing performance management and variance analysis reports
• Calculate Income Tax and Deferred Tax, and ensure tax compliance

Finance and Performance Job Requirements:

• CA (SA) or CIMA/CGMA qualification (Non-Negotiable)
• 4 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience with SAP and/or Caseware is advantageous
• Energy and Fuel industry experience is advantageous
