A leading International Financial Services company (with a commercial flair), based in Johannesburg, is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Finance Professional (Finance Business Partner).

CA(SA) / CIMA qualified – preferable

Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:

• Responsible for the Group Financial Planning & Analysis function

• Managing the full P&L results

• Verifying cost allocations

• Cashflow Forecasting

• Preparing Budgets and Forecasts

• Preparing quarterly Reports and Management Reporting

• Volume and Product Reporting

• Partnering with Business Units

• Monitoring risks and opportunities of the Business Units

• Variance analysis, Key customer analysis & Balance Sheet analysis

• Projects and evaluating ROI calculations on projects

• CAPEX

Key Qualifications, Competencies and Experience required of the Finance Business Partner:

• CA (SA) or CIMA qualification – Strongly Preferred

• At least 3 year’s relevant experience

• Must have solid Financial Planning & Analysis experience

• Industry experience: Open to all commercial industries

• Dynamic, Highly detailed thinking, Commercial and Analytical

• Strong Excel skills

• CAPEX and OPEX experience – advantageous

• P&L, Budgets, Forecasts, Variance Analysis, Volume & Product Reporting

• Driven, goal-orientated and innovative
