Matric (with subjects Mathematics and Accounting). Basic knowledge and insight of the Public Service financial legislations, procedures and Treasury regulations (PFMA, DORA, PSA, PSR, PPPFA, Financial Manual). Knowledge of basic financial operating systems (PERSAL, BAS, LOGIS etc) will be an added advantage.
