Finance Clerk at Implats

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To accurately and timely capture data of all reservations and requisitions on SAP system to ensure smooth operational production at Processing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12/ NQF Level 4 Equivalent is essential
• SAP experience is essential
• Valid Medical Certificate is essential or be medically fit to obtain such a certificate such a certificate

COMPETENCIES:

• MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good organising skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills
• Communication skills

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Captures daily ordering for different departments.
• Follows up on orders and deliveries.
• Maintains filing and record keeping of input documents. (Requisitions and Reservations, Contractor Works orders etc)
• Compile daily reports.
• Follows up on contractor reconciliation.
• Assists in checking and tracking outstanding commitments.
• Performs general administrative duties such as copies, scanning of invoices, binding of books etc.
• Supports and participates in change management initiatives to drive transformation and optimisation.
• Provides relevant support to stakeholders to ensure team objectives are achieved.
• Adheres to safety regulations and mine standards, procedures and practices and reports non-compliance.
