ROLE PURPOSE

• This is an Admin role based in Southern Suburbs, Cape Town within a wealth / investment concern. R12k

RESPONSIBILITIES & FUNCTIONS:

• Preparing and checking client sign on and FICA documents
• Updating KYC and FICA information with third party managers when required
• Conducting reviews of electronic and hardcopy source documents to ensure the latest information is stored in both hardcopy and electronic format
• Manage electronic and hardcopy versions of client documents
• Updating internal client sign on document templates to account for changes in regulations and/or company policy
• Assisting with document clean outs when required
• Assisting with obtaining source documents for the annual audit and tax reports
• Preparing account applications
• Preparing documents for the transfer of existing investments
• Maintaining client compliance checks
• Maintaining the office expenditure folder to streamline the accounting process
• Arranging shipment and delivery of company and client related documents when required
• Office manager
• Office supplies management

This company will look at a recent graduate who doesn't have much experience alternatively you will need 1-2 years experience within a financial services/wealth administration role
