Finance & Insurance Manager (Rosebank) at Carter SA

• The role is suited for a motivated, detailed-oriented individual that has good interpersonal skills and has the desire to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• The work location will be at our dealership in Rosebank and will be dealership based. 
• The role offers great earning potential as commission is calculated on second gross profit and the successful candidate will have the ability to sell across a multitude of brands.

Responsibilities will include:

Responsible for Vehicle Sales which include but not limited to:

• Utilizing Carter CRM system effectively to perform their role in line with company operating procedures. 
• Assist customers with vehicle finance and insurance product purchasing decisions. 
• Negotiate directly with customers to try and get the best value for Carter.
• Ensure that the customer understands every detail of what they are agreeing to.
• Provide exceptional customers service for customers.
• Keep up to date with knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures.
• Continuously display CARTER values.
• This is a full-time role. The role will require 5 ½ days per week commitment, as we will serve customers on weekends. 
• Interviews will be held in Johannesburg. Only South Africans or individuals with an existing valid South African work permit need apply. 

Minimum Requirements

• Candidates must have a Matric Certificate. 
• Candidates must have a RE5. 
• Prior work experience as an F&I within the Motor Industry. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and EQ is required – candidates will be rigorously interviewed. 
• Your FAIS status being compliant (Ability to work under supervision) 
• Clear Criminal Record 
• Clear Credit Record
