Finance Intern (Henley on Klip) at Afrimat

Requirements:

• Finance related certification
• Willing to learn and be trained
• Administrative skills and Microsoft Knowledge
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
• Must have own transport

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with suppliers for outstanding statements, invoices and delivery notes
• Capturing/processing of supplier invoices in Accpac
• Assisting Occupational Rental manual invoice batches
• Assisting with ad hoc accounting duties as instructed by the Senior Financial Accountant
• Assisting with BEE related tasks
• Assisting with filing of the finance team documents
• Capturing of STD Bank Pay card processing and reconciliations
• Assisting with creditors reconciliations
• Capturing/processing of intercompany supplier invoices in Accpac
