• Our Finance Internship is a 12-month program crafted for rising finance and/or accounting Graduates.

A Day in the Life

• Our intern projects are designed to give you real-world finance and accounting experiences and project responsibility in a large organization. In addition to working within a team, you will receive additional opportunities to experience our culture with exposure to finance leaders, as well as other leaders in the organization. Projects could focus on the following finance activities: Financial Planning & Analysis; Finance models; General Accounting and Reporting; Analytics and Master Data.

Education

• Completed bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

Experience

• Related work or internship experience beneficial

• Strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future leader in the finance function
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Results oriented through initiative, ownership, and accountability
• The ability to handle multiple assignments, has good judgement and prioritizes projects and time effectively
• Is curious to understand business performance with an analytical mind
• Is focused in approach to quality, attention to detail and is passionate about delivery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
• To qualify, you are legally authorised to work in South Africa and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status
