This position involves:

• Managing accounting activities and performs financial performance analysis
• Monitoring OPEX and conducting cost analysis
• Overseeing balance sheet management and ensuring effective controls
• Maintaining oversight of property and fixed assets
• Providing coaching and overseeing performance management
• Driving finance process automation initiatives

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ commercial experience
• Strong financial and management accounting foundation
• Exposure to Sage X3, Power BI, or ERP systems
• Proven experience in automation and process improvement
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Strong in management accounting and financial analysis

Qualification:

• B. Com Accounting (or similar)
• Newly qualified CA (SA)
