Finance Manager PTA at Iridium Business Solutions

• We are on a mission to find a Finance Manager (Cloud Manager) to join our ever-growing team in our Pretoria office. 
• They will lead a team of cloud accountants to oversee their clients and all their accounting requirements.

What you will be exposed to: 

• Monthly accounting and processing for SMEs.
• Payroll processing via Simple Pay.
• Legislative processing (i.e All SARS types of returns - VAT, PAYE, ITR)
• Engaging with clients and solving accounting problems.
• Provisional Tax calculations and discussions with clients.
• Communicating with clients on accounting needs and processing. Building strong client relationships.
• Reviewing clients accounts and providing direction and support in the team pod. 
• Adhoc accounting project work, queries, and advice as requested from clients.
• Managing a team and providing financial management support to SMEs.
• A pretty cool working environment and culture.

What do you need to have?

• Be someone who wants to learn and is willing to take on new challenges. This will suit someone who enjoys the idea of working with Startups and Small businesses. 
• Degree/Honors Degree in Management Accounting or Accounting.
• You are CA (SA), CGMA, or Professional Accountant, with 1-3 years of post articles experience. 
• Experience in cloud base systems such as XERO, Dext/Hubdoc, SimplePay, Dear Systems, Vend.
• Experience in drafting Annual Financial Statements on CaseWare or DraftWorx
• Experience in a client-facing role 
• Experience in filing provisional tax and income tax returns (Companies and Individuals)
• 2+ years experience in managing people
