    Financial Advisor – Relationship Banking (Wealth Focus)

    • Join Our TeamWe are looking for a driven, client-focused Financial Adviser to join our growing team. If you are passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals through tailored advice and long-term relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses.
    • Provide professional advice on investment, life insurance, estate planning, and trust solutions.
    • Develop and implement customised financial plans aligned with clients' objectives.
    • Achieve agreed sales and performance targets.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
    • Maintain accurate client records and deliver exceptional client service.

    Minimum RequirementsExperience

    • Relationship Banking Adviser: Minimum 3–5 years' continuous experience in the financial services industry.
    • Everyday Banking Adviser: Minimum 2 years' continuous experience in the financial services industry.

    Qualifications

    • Relevant FSCA-approved qualification:
    • NQF Level 6 (Relationship Banking Adviser), or
    • NQF Level 5 (Everyday Banking Adviser)
    • RE5 qualification (essential).
    • Minimum 120 FAIS credits.
    • CFP® designation will be advantageous.

    Additional Requirements

    • Fit and Proper in terms of FAIS requirements.
    • Previous FSP licence with a registered Financial Services Provider.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales and commission targets.
    • Strong knowledge of investment, life insurance, estate planning, and trust products.
    • Commercial and industrial banking knowledge will be advantageous.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
    • Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport (if applicable).
