We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team. The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls
Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts
Monitor and report on financial performance, including variance analysis and key performance indicators
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the organization's financial health
Supervise and mentor a team of accountants
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial strategy and operational improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in financial management or related field
Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
