Financial Manager - JHB - Eastern Suburbs at Smith Garb

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing a Dynamic Team: Lead and manage a team of 10 - 15 employees, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Financial Expertise: Utilize your BCom Accounting or similar qualification along with completed Articles to ensure the smooth execution of the full accounting function.
• Industry Insight: Bring your 5 - 10 years of experience as a Financial Manager, preferably within the Manufacturing Industry, to the table, providing invaluable insight and expertise.
• Excel in Excel: Showcase your strong Excel skills, utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Sage Advantage: While not essential, experience with Sage would be a significant asset, enhancing your ability to streamline financial processes.
• Thriving Under Pressure: Embrace the fast-paced nature of the industry, thriving in a deadline-driven environment where your dedication and resilience shine through.

What We're Looking For:

• A proven track record as a Financial Manager, preferably within the Manufacturing Industry.
• BCom Accounting qualification coupled with completed Articles.
• Strong Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate complex data sets with ease.
• Experience with Sage (desirable).
