    Senior Accountant - Alrode / Wadeville

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting
    • Completed Articles is highly advantageous
    • Proficiency in Pastel Evolution
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role (preferably in a manufacturing environment)

    Responsibilities: As the Senior Accountant, your duties will include but are not limited to:

    • Managing monthly processing up to the trial balance
    • Assessing and approving purchase orders, order entries, and shipping costs

    Operations Executive - Pretoria North

    • A completed B.Eng / BSc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering coupled with 10 years related experience within a paper, converting / maintenance department in a process industry with experience in the paper industry preferred.  GCC Factories (Government Certificate of Competency) essential.  
    • Experience within the tissue manufacturing and converting industry working on a high speed tissue machine and converting equipment, although other paper industry knowledge will be considered.
    •  OHS compliance, overall production planning activities; people management, productivity and quality, projects and maintenance experience essential.
    •  Planning is a vital part of the day-to-day functions.
    •  Factory outputs, product quality, health and safety and housekeeping are non-negotiable key objectives.  
    • Be a key player in maintenance processes for the electrical, mechanical, control, instrumentation, automation, fabrication  and facilities.  
    • Successful incumbent must be able to structure preventative maintenance activities to ensure optimum life-cycle costing for the assets under their care as well as develop upgrade plans, capital expenditure requirements and inventory policies.  
    • Trouble-shoot and fault-find during breakdowns and offer solutions with respect to required engineering inputs.

    Qualifications and experience:

    • Matric

    Regional Admin Manager (B.Com + Articles)

    • Successful incumbent will have a completed B.Com (Accounting) degree, as well as SAICA Articles, with 1+ years post article commercial experience.
    •  Position involves travelling to various regions within the Free State and Mpumalanga for approximately 2 weeks out of each month.

    Statutory / CIPC administrator - JHB - Eastern Suburbs

    Requirements:

    • Matric is essential
    • Tertiary qualifications is advantageous (ie. a Law Degree or CGISA  / studying towards)
    • Minimum 1-3 years statutory/CIPC experience essential
    • Experience using CIPC and Bizportal platform advantageous
    • Cloudsec and CaseWare experience is beneficial
    • General understanding of the Companies Act

    Group Accountant - JHB - Northern Suburbs

    • Successful incumbent will have a completed B.Com (Accounting), with completed articles as well as 5+ years experience in a similar role.

    Duties include:

    • daily supervision of staff performance and output; compilation of B/S recons; check B/S recons and bank recons; cashflow management and approval of daily and weekly cashflow forecasts;
    • approval and payment of creditors; authorisation and signing of cheques within mandate, ensuring correct allocations, authorisation amounts etc., and applying proper internal control over all payments;
    • quality assuring the compilation of consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Statements and related management reports;
    • assist in quarterly board pack preparations; month and year-end journals;
    • compilation of budgets and forecasts; compilation of AFS;
    • preparation of year-end recons, schedules and files for audit;
    • calculation and submission of monthly VAT returns;
    • calculation and submission of provisional tax and income tax returns;
    • daily integrations and reconciliations are done on time and accurate as per daily dashboard; month-end procedures and month-end systems closure,
    • check that all control accounts and sub-ledgers are in balance at month-end; testing reports and processes; assist users with daily queries and resolving issues;
    • resolving specific system issues with service providers and provide feedback to users and management and approvals of credit apps.
    •  Solid Excel and SAGE highly advantageous.
