    Measurement & Analytics Expert

    Role Description

    We are looking for a Measurement & Analytics expert to enable our clients evaluate and implement relevant measurement solutions for their websites & apps. You will be the go-to person on all challenges related to data collection, visualisation and activation. This includes web analytics (ex: GA4), app analytics (ex: AppsFlyer, Adjust), media tracking (ex: Google Ads, Meta) and martech implementation (ex: CDPs, DMPs). Your missions will encompass the following:

    • Ensuring the framing of our clients analytics needs and the definition of their objectives through initial consultations
    • Defining custom data roadmaps by selecting the appropriate solutions (data architecture, tools, ETL)
    • Implementing or overviewing the technical phase of our clients web & app tracking projects, from gathering requirements to the actual tool implementation, setup and data quality assessments
    • Ensuring project management in contact with the client (guaranteeing the progress of missions, planning, testing, delivery) on data collection topics
    • Creating and maintaining customised data visualisations with advanced ETL tools into Looker Studio, PowerBI or Tableau
    • Sharing your knowledge and know-how with your clients and internally
    • Participate in the design and positioning of Welcome Tomorrow's tech & data offering
    • Take part in tech events and customer trainings to grow your skills and represent Welcome Tomorrow

    This will be a collaborative role working closely with other team stakeholders (CEO, Paid Media manager, Graphic Designer, Mobile Growth expert)

    Qualifications

    You have:

    • 3+ years of experience working in data & analytics position (client-side, agency or freelancing) with expertise in the following environments:
      • Implementing and maintaining web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4
      • Implementing and maintaining app analytics solutions (ex: Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
      • Implementing and maintaining paid media tracking solutions (ex: Google Ads and Meta conversion tracking)
      • Implementing and maintaining tag management tools such as Google Tag Manager
      • Implementing and maintaining ETL & data visualisation tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Supermetrics…)
    • Good understanding of local privacy regulations (ex: South Africa POPIA, Kenya Data Protection Act, Nigeria NDPR)
    • Good understanding of the mobile app analytics ecosystem (MMPs, SKAN, SDK implementation)
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams to launch integrated marketing campaigns
    • Ability to communicate and translate technical issues into simplified language
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills to maintain customer relationships
    • You have a full English business proficiency

    Bonus:

    • You have experience working with Notion(ideally, you are Notion Essentials Certified)
    • Knowledge of server-side measurement strategies (ex: Meta CAPI or GA4 Measurement Protocol)

    Creative Strategist

     Role Description

    At Welcome Tomorrow, we believe that Creative and Performance marketing teams should sit together. We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to work with our clients on the production and realisation of original concepts and innovative creative mechanics for their paid media campaigns.

    Your missions will encompass the following:

    • Conceptualising and designing high-impact static, video and UGC creatives to help our customers gain competitive edge
    • Owning the project management of our entire ad creation process to help our team stay on track with creative research, delivery and testing
    • Auditing the brand and products of our customers to deeply understand their industry and define the most effective communication angles they should adopt to resonate close to their end customers
    • Conducting competitive research to identify our customers environment and draft creative best practices for a given industry and market
    • Working closely with our Paid Media Managers to build content that optimally fits marketing channels and share performance insights
    • Being the connecting link between data and creatives to understand the performance of your work through an iterative A/B testing approach
    • Being on the constant lookout for new formats, hooks, scripts, and angles, ensuring our content is always one step ahead

    Qualifications

    You have:

    • 3+ years of experience in a creative agency or freelance work
    • Mastery of Figma and Photoshop
    • Experience designing creatives for ad campaigns (ex: Meta, Google Ads)
    • A portfolio of work showcasing your design & animation mindset and skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills to maintain customer relationships
    • A permanent curiosity, sense of observation and repartee, a strong feel for advertising
    • Understanding of performance-based marketing strategies
    • Familiarity with new and traditional brand channels and media

    Paid Media Manager

    Role Description

    We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to be drive campaign strategy and execution for a portfolio of multiple clients. You will will be a key actor of our customers growth through data-driven campaign strategies delivering tangible business results. Your missions will encompass the following:

    • Building and running advanced paid media strategies on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snap, X and programmatic channels (DV360 or independent programmatic partners)
    • Driving incremental paid acquisition performance for your customers, by constantly iterating to improve campaigns performance and delivering custom recommendations to customers
    • Developing an excellent understanding of the industry your customers are in and build a 360 view of the keys to success (interest in understanding their product, market trends and purchase behaviour in order to drive relevant recommendations for success)
    • Collaborating with other team members to drive paid media campaigns success (Creative Strategist, Measurement & Analytics Expert)
    • Driving customer relationship and project management: organisation of meetings, managing deadlines and client relations

    • An excellent understanding of performance-based marketing strategies across multiple channels
    • Familiarity with new and traditional brand channels and media
    • A good command of paid acquisition levers (at least Google Ads or Facebook Ads - certifications appreciated)
    • You are comfortable with numbers and have strong analytical skills
    • You have past experience working with a branding/creative team to produce high quality ad assets that capture an audience’s attention and is on par with the branding guidelines

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing client accounts and executing AI-enabled SEO strategies to enhance their organic search performance while ensuring the overall success of our clients's business KPIs.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to write and effectively interact with clients
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
    • Strong understanding of latest search engine algorithms and ranking methods
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and Paid Media
