We’re looking for a financial guru to take the reins!
You’ll manage day to day accounting operations like a pro, you’ll guide budgeting and financial forecasting, craft precise monthly management accounts and ensure on time tax filings.
You’ll ace the annual audit process, uphold financial transaction quality, keep lenders in the loop, stay compliant with financial laws and build robust processes for efficiency.
The finance function is being outsourced, this is a newly created role which has come from company growth. There is a need to be able to action matters quicker hence we need someone inhouse. We’re looking for someone that would be eager to law the foundations, put the processes and systems in place. You’ll be able to outsource some work should you need to, the goal would be to work towards building your finance team within the company. It is a flat structure though so we’re looking for someone who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in, no job being too big or small.
The company has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and we need a team player that’s eager to work in an ever changing and diversifying environment and put the correct procedures in place. So to take the business to the next level!
What you’ll need
We’re looking for a young CA (SA) that’s either newly qualified or about 2 year’s post articles experience.
You’ll need strong accounting experience and skills, be a master of accounting principles and procedures and an expert in crafting financial statements.
Annual audit process – you’ve got this! You have strong accounting software and admin skills.
