Job Description

• As the Financial Manager, you will be at the heart of the dealership’s financial strategy, ensuring its long-term stability and success. This role calls for a proactive and results-driven individual ready to make an impact on both the day-to-day financial operations and the bigger picture.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Post-accounting qualification/membership is a plus.
• Proven experience in the automotive industry
• Proficient in industry-specific accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Financial Operations: Take full ownership of the dealership’s financial activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations that align with the business’s goals.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Prepare detailed financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to help guide business decisions and drive profitability.
• Performance Analysis & Insights: Monitor key financial metrics, analyze performance, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
• Ensure Compliance & Best Practices: Keep the dealership compliant with all relevant financial regulations and maintain the highest standards of financial integrity.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with sales, operations, and other teams to streamline financial processes and boost overall efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and manage strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other key partners to support the dealership’s financial needs.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
