Financial Management
- Manage financial reporting
- Review management accounts
- Oversee closing processes
- Ensure accurate financial records
- Monitor cash flow
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Lead budgeting processes
- Prepare financial projections
- Monitor expenditure
- Analyse variances
- Support financial planning
Financial Analysis
- Provide financial insight
- Develop financial models
- Monitor performance
- Analyse costs
- Present reports to management
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure compliance
- Oversee VAT calculations
- Coordinate audits
- Maintain financial controls
- Support risk management
Operational Finance
- Oversee billing and payments
- Manage fixed assets
- Monitor expenditure
- Support procurement
- Improve processes
Team Leadership
- Provide guidance
- Allocate workloads
- Develop team members
- Promote accountability
- Ensure accuracy
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5-8 years experience, 3 years in a senior role, budgeting and forecasting experience.
Preferred Requirements
- Honours degree, professional qualification (CIMA, SAIPA), technical sector experience.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel, financial modelling, ERP systems, tax knowledge.
