We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Administrator with a strong background in fleet administration to join our team. This individual must be able to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and overseeing repairs
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards
Develop and implement efficient processes for monitoring and managing fleet operations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections
Coordinate with drivers and other team members to effectively manage fleet logistics
Handle all administrative tasks related to fleet operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in fleet administration or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards
