The Forms Developer will be responsible for requirements gathering and definition, as well as support in planning and coordination of project activities.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE

• Drive requirement sessions with the client around :

  • Policy administration business processes

  • Technical processes

  • Non-functional requirements

• Document gathered requirements

• Define the project scope

• Define project estimates and timeline with the help of team leads

• Work with the team leads to identify and document solutions

• Present and recommend solutions to clients to meet their business needs

• Develop, monitor and document the testing schedule for the complete system

• Support the project manager with statuses and follow ups

• Identify out of scope requirements and change requests

• Designing, developing and testing correspondence forms in Documaker Studio

MUST-HAVES

• University Degree in a scientific field, preference given to mathematical or computer science

• 2+ years of experience as business analyst or software developer

• Insurance industry expertise (products and processes)

• Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information

• Strong sense of organization and prioritizing

• Understanding of the software development cycle

• Some technical knowledge is an asset (e.g. ability to perform SQL queries)
