Who we are looking for 

• As a Founder/Co-Founder, you will be at the core of launching and building a high-impact venture from the ground up. Working closely with fellow founders/co-founders, operator-angels, and key stakeholders, you will shape the company’s vision, define its strategic direction, and drive execution. Your entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and ability to navigate uncertainty will be critical in turning ambitious ideas into scalable businesses.
• This role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will take ownership of essential business functions, including product development, go-to-market strategy, fundraising, and operational scaling. Your ability to make key decisions, drive growth, and adapt to challenges will directly influence the venture’s success. Whether leveraging industry expertise, leadership capabilities, or commercial acumen, you will play a vital role in building a venture that is positioned for long-term impact and market differentiation.
• In this role, remuneration and compensation are structured around a carry incentive, where you will hold equity in the Studio ventures that you help build, aligning your success with the performance of the ventures. Additionally, performance incentives will be tied to the achievement of specific objectives and key results (OKRs), rewarding you for meeting critical growth and business development milestones. This compensation model ensures that your financial rewards are directly linked to the long-term success and value generated by the ventures, fostering a strong sense of ownership and commitment to their development.
