Front Counter / Panel Salesperson at SydSen Recruit

Key Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of automotive parts (exposure to VW/Audi brands will be highly advantageous)
• Proven experience in sales and delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to manage both retail front counter sales and panel shop/trade clients
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist retail and trade customers at the front counter with parts enquiries and purchases
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with panel shop and trade clients
• Prepare and manage quotations, orders, and timely follow-ups
• Ensure accurate processing of sales transactions and documentation
• Collaborate with the Parts Department team to deliver efficient service and achieve sales targets
