Description
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain good house keeping.
• Responsible for the safe operation of the Front End Loader Attend pre-shift meetings
• Report unsafe conditions and behaviors
• Inspect equipment and the working area
• Engage post as a scheduled shift FEL operator until relieved by the next shift FEL
• operator or as arranged by shift supervisor
• Take instructions from a shift supervisor, process manager and safety officer on given circumstances
• Adhere to health, safety, environment and production rules and regulations
• Act responsibly in carrying out their job as a competent FEL operator

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade 12
• Valid South African public driver’s license
• Valid Front End Loader Training Certificate

EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 years experience in mining operations and related knowledge and skills to FEL operating

• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Physically fit to do the work.
• Emotional intelligence
• Listening skills
• Visibility on site
