    Frontline Vendor Support (Accounts Payable)

    Job Description

    • Capturing of new vendor applications and ensuring that bank details are valid and accurate
    • Ensuring that all requests received via the dedicated email addresses are responded to within SLA
    • Monitor effective close-out of vendor requests received and dealt within SLA
    • Master Data management – adhoc assignments to confirm validity of selected master data fields.
    • Maintaining good relationships both internally and externally, interdepartmental relationship particularly important as well.
    • Effective processing of Vendor communication relating to AP automation requirements and PepsiCo policies and procedures.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Computer skills incl SAP & BI
    • Decision Making & Problem solving
    • Knowledge of Financial & Management Accounting
    • FMCG Industry knowledge
    • Interpersonal & Relationship building Skills.
    • Persuasion, Influence and Negotiation skills
    • Communication skills
    • Good business acumen
    • Attention to detail and accuracy on accounts with high volumes of items
    • Advanced Excel skills for statement compilation and account reconciliation methods such as VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
    • Team player focused, passionate and able to work under pressure.
    • Deadline driven and focus to finish task within SLA requirements
