Ensure that all orders, via multiple customers and clients are received and acknowledged.
Ensure that all orders are placed via NAV and that the Sales Quote/Sales Order is created and that follow up with the customer and the accounts department takes place.
Ensure that all sales quotes are converted to sales orders. Once the customer approves a Sales Quote for In Bond stock, orders are placed on farms for delivery- as per KPI.
Obtain required seal codes (long and short), quantity and alcohol % for each line item of export applications. For Duty Paid orders, arrange for Seal codes and alcohol % from the Warehouse. For In Bond orders, Seal codes and alcohol % are obtained from the farms.
To liaise with all the farms regarding re-application of sensorial.
Where applicable, arrange for Health Labels to be adhered to all bottles. Different countries have unique labelling requirement.
Assisting with the creation of new customer accounts. Provision of support to master data, as well as to the customer, when new accounts are opened.
Ensure accurate records of customer Export Orders are actioned in the time frame required. All Export Documentation is accurately executed.
Discuss and design, profitability and management measures, to enhance and improve export processes and procedures, in conjunction with the Managing Director, General Manager and Sales Director.
