    Full Time Sales Consultant - iStore Queens Pre Owned Cape Town

    Key Performance Areas and Deliverables

    Sales and Customer Experience

    • Maximise sales by delivering interactive, hands-on demonstrations of Apple products, services, and third-party accessories.
    • Provide tailored solutions to meet customers’ specific needs, including business, education, and creative use cases.
    • Apply the Apple Customer Experience (ACE) framework to manage customer engagement.
    • Build long-term relationships with customers through consistent follow-ups and proactive communication.
    • Offer trade-in services, explain payment and financing options, and manage cellular network applications.

    Telco Network Management

    • Efficiently manage two to three mobile network operator partnerships, including cellular upgrades and applications.
    • Handle telco-related customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
    • Ensure compliance with all cellular service procedures and standards.

    Teamwork

    • Contribute to store-wide success by assisting with operational tasks such as stocktake, merchandising, and concierge duties.
    • Collaborate with team members, share insights, and suggest improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.

    Product Knowledge and Learning

    • Continuously expand your knowledge of Apple hardware, software, and services through ongoing training and resources.
    • Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
    • Simplify technical jargon for customers, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.

    Administration and Store Operations

    • Adhere to all safety, housekeeping, and security protocols.
    • Perform daily cash-ups, stock counts, and ensure accurate packaging processes.
    • Maintain high merchandising standards and replenish stock as required.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum Education: Completed Matric (Grade 12), with a diploma-level pass preferred.
    • Experience: 2–3 years in a customer-focused environment such as hospitality or retail, preferably in a technology-driven setting.

    Skills and Knowledge

    • Comprehensive knowledge of Apple products and the broader technology ecosystem.
    • Familiarity with cellular network services and processes is advantageous.
