Functional Consultant - Integrity

ROLE OVERVIEW
- We are seeking a 4-8 years experienced Consulting professional to join our Treasury and Risk Treasury practice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery
- Lead teams delivering consulting and implementation services to clients, maintain strong relationships, and ensuring high-quality, tailored solutions that address business needs
- Manage project resources, oversees deliverable quality, and mentors consulting staff.
- Facilitates business development, supports client proposals, and fosters collaborations both within and outside the organization.
DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE (REQUIRED)
- Nice to have: Treasury / Cash Management domain knowledge
REQUIRED SKILLS
- IT Project Management, SDLC (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid), Stakeholder Management, Project Planning & Scheduling, Risk & Issue Management (RAID), Cross-Functional Team Coordination
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Cloud Exposure (AWS or Azure), DevOps & Release Management Awareness, Financial Services Experience, Vendor Management, PMP / CSM / SAFe Certification
