• We are looking to hire and develop professionals with a solid 5 years’ progressive experience in their respective field, must have led a team or a project, possessing a relevant 3-year Degree (postgraduate preferable).
• Driver’s License and own reliable transport are mandatory

The Future Leaders Programme is a streamlined 18-month rotational programme that will focus on building leadership capabilities

Responsibilities

• Agronomists with exposure in agronomy (fertilization, seed production, commercial etc.) and potato production recommended, exposed to farming practices, ability to forge relationships with farmers
• 5 years progressive experience, led a team or a project
• Entrepreneurial spirit, research and analysis mindset,can interret results, planning & organizing
• Presentation skills
• Influencing & persuading
• Showing initiative
• Assertive, strong interpersonal skills - ability to forge relationships with farmers
• This role does require travel

Qualifications

• BSC in Agriculture, BSC Honours in Agronomy (preferred)
