Key Performance Areas

Business Continuity and Efficiency

• Installing landscapes and seasonal flower designs
• Clean and maintain common areas
• Clean dustbins
• Performs tasks according to weekly and monthly schedule
• Perform adhoc basic maintenance tasks
• Monitoring and ensuring plant health
• Mow, trim and fertilize green spaces
• Mulch, edge and weed gardens
• Prune and trim trees and bushes
• Maintain all gardening equipment and machinery, like mowers, trimmers and leaf blowers
• Deal with pest problems that could damage plants
• Keep gardens and open spaces clear of debris, domestic/industrial and animal litter
• Maintaining plants by watering, fertilizing and trimming them
• Using and maintaining gardening tools and light gardening machinery
• Identifying and treating diseases, pest infestations and other issues with garden plants
• Provide recommendations for gardens
• Following safety guidelines for applying chemicals and using equipment

Promote continuous improvement of SHEQ and other processes. 

• SHEQ compliance, including BBS
• Worker Safety

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 10.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Landscaping experience (added advantage)
