General COD Associate at UPS

Job Description:

The position performs administrative responsibilities within the COD team. These responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Obtaining customer contact and supporting details
• Communicating with customers via various channels in order to notify the customer of the shipment details and obtain payments from customers
• Answering incoming calls and resolving customer queries.
• Undertaking daily tasks assigned by the team leader and manager(s)
• Updating of PayGate and obtaining proof of payments from customers
• Ensuring the department and UPS KPI's are achieved relevant to the position
• Enhancing customer experience for UPS customers
• Performing ad-hoc activities as assigned.
