General Engineering Supervisor - UG at Tharisa

Purpose of Role

• To manage and maintain all infrastructure and assets in the relevant section by applying a standard best practice approach to equipment maintenance through system inspections, condition monitoring as well as system and infrastructure design for the workshop area to achieve optimum productivity. To guide, support coach and monitor a team in order to improve team performance and contribution by ensuring adherence to the Health and Safety Act. (HSE) and improve performance.

Minimum Requirements (General Engineering Supervisor - UG):

Qualifications:

• Grade 12
• National Diploma in Engineering (NQF 6) or N6 with a Trade Test / S4

Job specific experience:

• 5 -8 years combined experience as a maintenance planner / maintenance supervisor
