    General Manager/ Campus Manager (JB4219)

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or a related field
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in higher education administration, campus management, or a related field
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budget management, and organizational development.
    • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry trends in higher education
    • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of campus life.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership and direction to all staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the campus, including facilities maintenance, security, and administrative functions
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
    • Collaborate with academic departments to support the delivery of high-quality educational programs and services
    • Manage campus budgets and financial resources, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control measures
    • Cultivate strong relationships with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to promote a sense of community and engagement
    • Develop and implement marketing and recruitment strategies to attract prospective students and enhance the campus's reputation
    • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of campus operations and identify areas for improvement
    • Represent the campus at meetings, events, and conferences, both internally and externally, as needed
