General Manager: Enterprise Architecture and Governance at PRASA

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• BSc in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science.

EXPERIENCE:

• 15 years’ ICT experience of which a minimum of 5 years should be at the senior management level

ADDED ADVANTAGE:

• MBA, Master’s degree or equivalent COBIT, ITIL, Certifications or similar
• An incumbent with ICT Executive/CIO Experience and or incumbent as leading ICT strategy and governance.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs):

• Develop operational strategies, systems, and frameworks for the Office of the GCEO.
• Enhance ICT operational efficiencies.
• Lead and manage the ICT operations team, including recruitment, training, performance management, talent management, and professional development.
• Monitor compliance with the PRASA and ICT Governance Framework including relevant policies, regulations, and acts.
• Provide guidance and advice to the CIO in relation to ICT functions and overall PRASA business strategy.
