Your Role

• Drives sub-regional / local execution of SBU / BU strategy to achieve agreed KP and TP targets, incl. full P&L responsibility
• Regularly reviews progress against targets country / cluster / segment and develops plans to address deviations
• Ensures accurate rolling forecast, annual business plan (KP) and long term strategic plan (TP)
• Represents BU in sub-region/country, local Henkel ExCom and coordinates interface topics with Henkel locally (internally and externally)
• Identifies local synergies, shares BDP across SBUs and leverages scale
• Acts as responsible for governance and legal obligations, and coordinates sub-regional / country administrative / back-office topics
• Coaches, aligns and enhances collaboration between local SBUs and local cross-SBU functions; moderates in case of conflicts Plans and organizes sub-regional / local resources (people, capacity, investments) to ensure target achievement
• Drives culture – creates and shapes an innovative, collaborative, and inspiring working culture
• Drives customer relations and strong operations
• Sets up local cross-SBU business processes locally aligned with BU strategy and implements BU transformation programs locally
• Develops structures and processes to empower sub-region / country to reach goals, e.g. handles and optimizes local infrastructure topics
• Supports M&A locally incl. integration
