    General Sales Manager - Rola Motor Mall Somerset West

    • We are seeking a dynamic General Sales Manager to take the wheel of our Rola Motor Mall business unit in Somerset West. This is a leadership role for an automotive professional who thrives on building high-performing teams, optimizing business processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Diploma / Advanced Certificate in Retail Sales or related field
    • 5 years’ experience in Vehicle Sales Management in a Multifranchise dealer environment
    • Computer literate (MS Office)
    • Fluent in Afrikaans & English
    • Valid Drivers lisence
    • Clear Criminal record

    Knowledge, skills and abilities;

    • Proven Networker
    • Proven track record of meeting monthly sales targets
    • Ability to analyse monthly financial reports
    • High attention to detail, organised & structured
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
    • Ability to perform under pressure & multitask
    • Ability to effectively strategise & implement plans and controls

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Plan and implement sales activities to consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis using advanced data insights.
    • Develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
    • Manage customer relationships with a focus on satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
    • Oversee dealership finances, administration, and reporting with precision.
    • Lead vehicle valuation, reconditioning, and pricing strategies using modern tools.
    • Conduct resource planning and drive talent development for a high-performing team.
    • Inspire and lead the sales team to achieve objectives.
    • Ensure strict adherence to dealer and company standards, aligned with OEM requirements
