The Global Audit Learning team creates a modern learning and development experience that provides professionals with the skills and capabilities needed to perform high-quality audit and assurance services, execute on the A&A strategy, and develop themselves for the evolving needs of the business in the future.

Key responsibilities of the Learning Research & Experiments Specialist include:

• Employs design thinking to create human-centered learning solutions that deliver compelling, intuitive, and meaningful experiences that satisfy learner needs
• Provides broad support to the Learning Modernization team, assisting with insightful research into the learner experience and cutting-edge design of learning experiences
• Partners across Learning Modernization team and Content Development teams to support experimentation of new learning approaches and technologies
• Owns their own professional development and contributing to the development of their other team members 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Experienced in learning design across modalities based on insights from learning sciences, instructional design, and related discipline
• Experienced in conducting user experience (UX) research, both qualitative and quantitative
• Knowledge of design thinking principles and methodologies, including an understanding how to adjust learning for different learner types and use a variety of techniques to assess learning
• Ability to turn data into business insights, experience with data visualization and reporting tools preferred
• Demonstrated project and program management experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
• Ability to work independently in an agile manner within a virtual environment and keeping oneself accountable to execute and deliver high quality output
