Global Mobility Data Specialist at Unilever

The Global Mobility team provide the expertise support when it comes to moving our talent internationally.

Job Summary

• You are in charge of all things data – assignment initiations, extensions and terminations on Workday/Salesforce, the completion of admin/support tasks for GM People Experience Leads, cost estimate requests.
• You are responsible for data entry for payroll instructions which include
• Accurate calculation of payments and deductions
• Accurate capture in line with the Audit requirements and policy guidelines
• Validation and entry of key payroll data fields into Assignment Pro system
• You support the annual regional pay review and any other analytics and data validation projects in your cluster.
• You support all cost centre, finance, and billing related queries.
• You monitor the generic GM mailbox, reading and distributing emails to relevant parties.

Other Tasks

• Workday data entry, maintenance and support.
• Assignment management system (Assignment Pro) – you are the super-user, in charge of data validation projects, data accuracy, data cleanse activities.
• Data Analytics – you create storyboards or score cards based on data as part of Data Analytics per cluster/region
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills to enable you to interpret the data request and utilize master APRO reports to obtain the required data i.e. required to use excel functions, filter, sort, pivot tables, Vlookups, create graphs
• Reporting – you support the GM team with regular and ad-hoc reporting on assignment start and end dates etc.
• Showcase your data in PowerPoint presentations to project a graphical representation to key stakeholders

Your Network

• You are part of the global People Experiences & Operations team and work closely with the regional teams (including HR People Experience Leads, Data Specialists, Payroll services, Pensions, Reward, IT).
• You work with other GM PELs globally and the wider GM team, particularly with GM Operations, Payroll, Global Package Team, Finance teams etc.

Skills Required
KEY REQUIREMENTS

• You are tech savvy and have an analytical mind
• You are a Master of Office Applications with an advanced level in Excel. Ideally you have Workday and AssignmentPro knowledge.
• You have strong demonstratable administrative and prioritization skills and experience
• You communicate clearly and effectively, and collaborate well
• You are confident when dealing with various stakeholders across various regions and different cultures
• Relevant HR / Payroll qualification essential
