    Global Social Media Consultant

    What You'll Bring:

    • You will work on social media strategy, campaign development, content development, project management and reporting, across the global business, supporting the B2B marketing teams.
    • You will help bolster our social media presence through strategic organic and paid activities.
    • You will ensure our social media activity follows best practices and embed those throughout the business – helping our B2B marketing and sales teams achieve their objectives.
    • Working closely with the Head Of Social Media, you will help create playbooks and strategies for the global business. 
    • You will run campaigns to create awareness of the TransUnion brand and solutions, generate leads and protect, and further, the brand globally. This will be achieved through balanced, cohesive efforts across organic, paid and employee advocacy.
    • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of social campaigns; ensuring the maximum impact for brand, PR, thought leadership and other content.
    • You will support the international marketing teams in executing on the social media strategy.

    Impact You'll Make:

    • Use social media to help drive global business goals and objectives.
    • Creating and distributing comprehensive reports on campaign performance monthly/quarterly and yearly as required by stakeholders.
    • Publish/schedule social media posts through Sprinklr, our social media management tool.
    • Monitor inbound social, specifically as it relates to comments linking to interest in products, solutions, thought leadership material, and crises.
    • Manage the social portion(s) of our B2B marketing campaigns within our project management tool, and ensure timelines are accurate and due dates are adhered to by our internal teams.
    • Work to grow our audiences organically, across channels and regions, by producing enticing content, and ultimately informing the broader channel strategy 
    • Maintain a high standard of quality across all social media channels, including copy, design, link tagging, etc. — and ensure copy goes through the necessary reviews (and QC) to ensure it is error-free.
    • Adopt and work with new platforms and approaches as required, so we get the most from our social media efforts.
    • Ensure social content aligns to TransUnion’s style guides and always ties back tour brand messaging.
    • Strictly follow and manage social media processes and policies.
