Governance, Risk & Compliance Learner - Sandton at Enaex Africa

FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTS/ ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the implementation of the risk management process, which includes implementation of tools and systems to identify, assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks
• Assisting with the administrative process of risk identification and evaluation for all departmental areas'
• Assist with monitoring major and critical risk issues
• Assist with the corporate risk and control assessment reporting process
• Liaising with business users to prepare functional specifications in relation to risk management and compliance
• Preparing high-level user requirements to assist in preparation of project initiation documents
• Assist with providing User Training for in-house developed risk management and compliance systems
• Assist with conducting compliance & risk assessments
• Assist with conducting and documenting compliance audits and implementation of the Compliance Risk Management Plan
• Documenting project plans, action plans, presentations, and project results for operations
• Assist with the review of policies, procedures, processes & other documentation as required
• Assist in promoting a culture of compliance within the business.
• Assist with conducting governance gap analysis and reporting
• Assist the business in resolving (remedial action) compliance breaches to legislative requirements

Minimum Requirements and Experience:

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• University Bachelor's Degree in Internal Audit / Risk Management / Commerce / Compliance / Law (Must)
• Membership with the Institute of Risk Management in South Africa (IRMSA) or Compliance Institute of South Africa (CISA) (Preferable)
• 0 to 2 Years Relevant Experience in Governance, Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance Management
• Willing to travel
• A South African Citizen
• Between 18 and 29 years of Age
