Requirements
The requirements for this position are:
A suitable professional qualification, preferably post-graduate, and appropriate educational and teaching experience, particularly in girls’ education
The ability to foster and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders
A sound and progressive understanding of the South African curriculum and international trends in education; a willingness to teach
An understanding of budget management and financial planning
A high level of organisational, managerial, administrative and communication skills
Previous experience in a leadership position within an ISASA school would be advantageous
A willingness to participate in the broader extra mural programme of the school
Proof of registration with SACE
Any staff member working within a school is required to have a sexual offender’s clearance certificate
A willingness to work within the values, Christian ethos and mission of the College as well to participate in the broader life of the school
