Position Overview:

• Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Information Specialist Graduate to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in information management, data analysis, and knowledge systems. As part of their 12-month Graduate Program, you will gain hands-on experience working on a payments product, you will be taught ETL, API and gain priceless big data hands-on experience while working with experienced professionals, learning best practices, and contributing to impactful projects across various business areas.

What you will be taught and mentored to do:

• Help collect, organise, and manage data across multiple departments, contributing to smoother operations.
• Assist with the analysis of data to provide actionable insights that will directly impact decision-making processes.
• Assist with the development and upkeep of knowledge management systems.
• Conduct research on industry trends / emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with various teams to streamline information workflows and improve data processes.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by following best practices and established standards.
• Create engaging reports, dashboards, and visualisations to present your findings to key stakeholders.
• Stay informed on the latest information management tools, bringing fresh ideas to boost efficiency.
• Play a key role in special projects related to information governance, data security, and compliance.
