Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordinate training interventions, including mandatory health and safety training
• Maintain accurate records of training activities on relevant platforms
• Manage the company’s online training platform and ensure smooth administration
• Assist with the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting CVs, and scheduling interviews
• Conduct MIE verification checks for new hires
• Support the onboarding process by uploading new appointments into the SAGE 300 People system
• File and organise HR-related documents
• Manage updates and changes within the SAGE 300 People system, including reporting structure and position linking
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform general HR duties as required
• Willing to travel, if and when required

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• Diploma / Degree obtained during 2023/2024
• Field of study must be within the Human Resources field
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proactive and eager to learn
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Drivers License: Code 08 (advantageous)
