    Graduate Specialist Program - Workshop Concepts Administrator

    Job Description
    An opportunity exists in our Automotive Aftermarket (AA) division for an Administrator on our Graduate Specialist Program. The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Bosch Workshop Concepts department.

    Kindly note our Graduate Specialist Program (GSP) is not a permanent position but only a 2 year Fixed-Term contract. 

    Duties can include but are not limited to

    • Handling general customer queries Including support on the customer care hotline;
    • Support concept managers to analyse competitors’ activities and assess opportunities for business development;
    • Support concept managers with administration of national deal partners development and expansion;
    • Organize and participate in regular and ad-hoc meetings & take minutes;
    • Capture purchase figures from the Bosch Car Service network and align with the selling wholesalers to check accuracy;
    • Support on general administrative ad-hoc tasks and projects;
    • Process Bosch Warranty System (BWS) claims;
    • BWS monthly reporting.

    Requirements 

    • Previous exposure to a similar customer support / administrative role would be an advantage;
    • Good communication skills, fluent in English (Speak, read and write);
    • Computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook would be an advantage;
    • Strong analytical approach with attention to accuracy & detail;
    • Organization Skills;
    • High efficiency on time management, strong communication skills, ability to build sustainable relationships.

    Qualifications

    • Matric (Grade 12);
