The Role

• The program is a fixed 18-month program starting in early 2026. You will be supported by a mentor in your team to assist and guide you in understanding the business and help you grow.

Key learning areas

• Receiving and Inbound warehouse operations - Checking deliveries GRV process scanning and damage control.
• Storage - How to organize stock for fast picking (bin Locations, and Racking system).
• Picking and Packing - Order of picking.
• Dispatch and Loading - Load planning, delivery documentation and route optimization.
• Cycle Counts and Stock take - Keep inventory accuracy above 98%.
• Housekeeping and safety.
• Apply engineering-style thinking to improve processes, layouts, communication efficiency and campaign outcomes.
• Gain real-world experience in a high-volume, data-driven retail environment.

Minimum Requirements

• BEng Degree or BCom Degree with strong quantitative / analytical subjects. (e.g. Logistics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data/Analytics, Finance, Economics).
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Interest in applying analytical thinking to marketing, promotions and retail performance.
• Willingness to job rotate and gain exposure across business units where required.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced retail environment.
