Collaborate closely with the marketing, content and design teams to conceptualise and create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand's personality and values.
Produce high-quality designs for a wide range of materials, including but not limited to digital ads, social media graphics, print collateral, presentations, websites and more.
Maintain and evolve our visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Stay inspired and ahead of the curve by exploring new design trends and techniques to enhance our creative output.
Conceptualise front-end designs and user interfaces for all digital platforms.
Design and coding of HTML-compliant mailers and other online marketing pieces.
Bring static designs to life using your video and motion graphics skills.

Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (insurance or financial industry experience is a plus)
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design software.
Experienced and comfortable designing across formats, including static, digital and video.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory and layout design.
Experience in effectively communicating design concepts and rationales to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
A strong portfolio that showcases your range of design projects.
Qualifications:
Matric.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
