Graphic Designer - Johannesburg at CM Value Added Services (Pty) Ltd

Duties:

• Responsible for all graphic needs within the company.
• Bring the brief and concept to life based on the company’s image, vision, mission & graphical requirements.
• Designing of Business Cards, Pamphlets, Logo’s, Advertising, Branding.
• Create funky, unique and eye-catching designs for all briefs.
• Briefs will include: Illustrations, weekly mailers, infographics, flyers, specification sheets, banners, digital and physical adverts, campaigns, etc.
• Prepare mock-ups and present to the management team.
• Work on multiple briefs at the same time.
• Test graphics across various media.
• Manage social media pages daily, create a monthly content calendar & supporting content.

Requirements:

• Matric and a Graphic Design qualification.
• 1-2 years post qualification experience.
• Be creative, adaptable to trends and conceptualize original ideas.
• Have a strong, well-rounded portfolio that showcases your individual design aesthetic.
• Finger on the pulse of design and marketing trends.
• Strong communication skills to accurately convey your concepts to team members.
• Ability to manage constructive criticism.
• Proficient working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft Office or similar programs.
• Proficient in designing for print and digital medias from start to final product.
• Experience knowledge of HTML and CSS, website design and CMS advantageous.
• Able to design digital rich media content including social media content, website designs, emails, display advertising, proposals/pitches (and much more).
• Be a team player, with a good sense of humour and looking for a long-term career with a company that you can grow in.
• SEO And content Creation would be advantageous
• Be able to work under pressure, within required deadlines.
• Patient, kindness and loyalty are excellent traits, that we are sure you have .
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
